  • One grown-up per child gets in free (because supervising is hard work). Extra adults pay a small fee.

  • Yes—for everyone! Grip socks are required for children and adults in the play zones. Forgot them? We sell stylish pairs at the front desk.

  • Absolutely. Walk-ins are welcome during open play. Just check our calendar—sometimes private parties take over.

Café & Food

  • Yes! Adults can sip premium coffee, snack, or catch up on Wi-Fi while the kids explore. We’ll keep them busy—promise—but parents and caregivers are still the ones in charge of supervising.

  • Sorry, no outside food or drinks. This helps us protect children with food allergies and keeps our space neat and safe for everyone. Our café menu is full of healthy bites, fun treats, and barista-made coffee so no one feels left out.

  • For booked parties—yes! Birthday cakes and cupcakes are welcome in our private party rooms. For regular visits, outside food stays outside.

  • Yes—schools, homeschool groups, and special needs organizations can all book discounted sessions.
